Neighborhood Connections, a small grants program intended to benefit grass roots groups in the City of Cleveland, operates much like The Raymond John Wean Foundation's own Neighborhood SUCCESS program.

The Neighborhood Connections website also collects and lists numerous training opportunities for those seeking grants and those interested in neighborhood and community development.
