With assets of more than $69 million, The Raymond John Wean Foundation annually awards approximately $3.5 million in grants. These monies are earmarked for nonprofits in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.

990-PF form

The Raymond John Wean Foundation’s 990-PF form is available to view and download. Click here to visit Guidestar.org and access the tax form.

The 990-PF (Private Foundation) form should be filed annually by all private foundations. This form is used to determine if private foundations comply with the Internal Revenue Code and Tax Reform Acts. The 990-PF form lists foundation assets, receipts, expenditures, officer compensations and grants.
