Funding Opportunity through Foundation’s Grassroots Grant Program
Up to 30 of the most promising projects that align with the Foundation’s values and strategic priorities will be awarded grants of $500 to $5,000 in January of 2019. Projects must focus on developing resident leadership, promoting collaboration and building upon existing resources in the community. Orientation begins October 22.
PARTNERS CELEBRATE US CONFERENCE OF MAYORS GRANT AT GLENWOOD BUSINESS CENTER
The City of YOUngstown was named first place small city nationwide by the U.S. Conference of Mayors and was awarded $150,000 to acquire and renovate the commercial building at 2246 Glenwood Avenue into space for lease to small businesses.
The 2019 Emerging Leaders Cohort just completed their nine-week leadership training by celebrating Tuesday evening.
